The Power of Lipstick

I’m not a kind of person who like use make up. When my friends use make up since we were in senior high school or at least in college, I didn’t put any make up in my face except compact powder (if practicum didn’t push me to be fresh in every practicum, I wouldn’t put compact powder in my face hehe. Yaa in practicum, we had to looked fresh and good looking. So I had to put at least powder).

In collage, my friends did some skin care, like facial, went to the dermatologist, bought so many cream to make their skin white, flawless, fresh and many else.but I didn’t. it was because I didn’t feel any problem in my face, so I didn’t have to do like they did. And the main purpose I didn’t do some skin care or make up because I think it spends much money haha. As long I didn’t have serious problem with my skin and I still get money from my parent and I didn’t want to spend their money for something that didn’t really important in that time .

In my first job, I started to put lipstick on my lips. No, it’s not lipstick, actually. It’s lips balm and there’s no colour in lip balm I used. First time I use it, I felt like I just had eaten “gorengan” hahaha. My lips was so oily. I didn’t like it. Then I only use it rarely, until my lip balm expired. When working, my friends always told me to use lipstick. So i bought a lipstick with natural colour. It was weird. But I was getting used use it. And now, I always use lipstick for my daily activity, even I always use natural one hehe.

Lipstick give more colour in my life (oke ini lebay). I feel look fresh and feel more pale when I’m not using lipstick wkwk. And now, I know why women love to put lipstick on their lips. However, I don’t want to be a lipstick hollic, who can’t live without it, I don’t want to be depend on it and I don’t want to spend all money just for lipstick. Not excessive.
